The choice of the career of the teacher is a very responsible one and once you have chosen such a career, it means that you are ready to devote each part of your soul to the children you are going to teach.

Teacher is a profession, which does not only demand from you good professional skills; you may be good at the teaching theory, but just awful in practice. I think that at the field of the education there should not be those people who have chosen this very field by mistake.

The brilliant teacher does not only teach his or her students the rules of the languages or some laws of the physics, the brilliant teacher teaches his or her students the most important discipline in the world which is called Life.

When children come to the first form in order to receive an education, they are like Tabula Rasa. You may write there whatever you want to. That is why the teachers are responsible not only for educating children, but also for forming their inner world.

So, before becoming a teacher, think twice whether you are able to bring up good people, whether you are ready to become a best friend to the children and to cope with all their problems. If yes, then you are going to become a good teacher, if no, do not crush the children’s souls.
