Those people who have good educational background and practical knowledge have better chances on the labor market and usually have higher level of incomes. In fact studying process is very complicated. Majority of the students waste their time because they do not know some rules. The students can study more effective. If the students have a desire he can spend less time on studying and receive better results. It refers first of all to the understanding of the educational materials and academic grades. The students must have better attitude to the process of studying and do not have to consider it as a terrible process. Besides, the students must make the studying process a part of their everyday life and consider this part as responsibility and pleasure in the same time.

The feedback is one of the most effective methods of learning. This method plays a huge role also in other spheres of our lives besides studying: in sport, professional life, etc. It is better to receive feedback during the studying, as to receive it during the exam will be too late. The feedback in the studying can be received from the teachers and tutors during the seminars, tutorial, lectures, assignments, conferences.

There are several main reasons why we need to receive feedback. There reasons are:

2. It can help us to understand if we study enough and if we are ready enough.
3. It helps us to understand if we study effectively.
4. It helps us to identify what we do not know and have to study.
5. It helps us to develop and improve.
6. It gives us satisfaction, encouragement and motivation to go on.
