Usually those people who decided to obtain the university degree or apply for a new job collide with different types of requirements. One of the main requirements to the candidates is to fill in the application form and to write the personal statement. A personal statement itself means the supplement to the resume and application form, which includes information about experience and skills of the candidate.

The people have an opportunity to express themselves in the best way and to show their worth. In the statement the candidate has a chance to describe himself and his achievements, to prove that he is the best candidate, to express the main goals of the application, etc. usually the candidates cannot describe all their positive features, knowledge and skills in the standard application from, where the freedom is restricted by the questions. The personal statement gives a chance to people to show their abilities and attract the attention of the admission committee. First of all the candidates have to describe their practical experience and tell the main reasons why the admission committee has to pay attention on them. Below main tips which must be included into personal statement are described.

1. Tell as much as possible about your career and studying goals. Try to be specific in the description. If you have a desire to be, for instance, a medical researcher, do not write than you want to be a doctor. Explain also the reasons of your decision.
2. Describe your skills and achievements as detailed as possible. Try to provide the evidences of the achievements. List your rewards.
3. Express your main characteristics. Try to find evidences to this point.
4. Describe your life and work experience.
5. Describe your life goals and difficulties which you have a desire to overcome. Tell about your plans.
6. Ensure that your personal statement attracts the attention and check it before sending.
