Many people are interested nowadays in the continuing of their education. Those people who have good educational background and practical experience have better career opportunities, more chances on the labor market and usually have higher level of income. In the same time, those people who have graduated from the college or university want to make their careers in the sphere of education. Usually positions in this sphere are very interesting and satisfying. Those people who have a desire to work in the sphere of education must have particular personal features, such as responsibility, motivation, dedication. Besides, they have to be creative and have good knowledge and skills. For the teachers it is very important to have a skill of teaching. All people remember good teachers, which had ability to express the ideas and to explain them to people.

It is better to begin the career in the sphere of education from the working in the primary school education level. Young teachers receive huge experience and develop their knowledge and professional skills in the primary schools, as they participate in many types of extracurricular activities besides the studying process.

The work in the secondary school requires good knowledge in the particular academic subjects. The studying process in the secondary school needs individual approach to the children and creativeness during the process of studying plan preparation. The children need feedback and the teachers have to work under a huge pressure.

Those teachers who work in the sphere of higher education have more freedom. The teachers can express their thoughts more creatively and receive more satisfaction from the job. The university teachers have also more opportunities to make different types of researches and to further their own education.

Home tutors must have excellent knowledge in all subjects and skills in pedagogic. Besides, they must be good psychologist.
