Those people who have good educational background and practical experience have better career opportunities, more chances on the labor market and usually have higher level of income. In the same time, those people who have graduated from the college or university want to make their careers in the sphere of education. Usually positions in this sphere are very interesting and satisfying. Those people who have a desire to work in the sphere of education must have particular personal features, such as responsibility, motivation, dedication. Besides, they have to be creative and have good knowledge and skills. For the teachers it is very important to have a skill of teaching. All people remember good teachers, which had ability to express the ideas and to explain them to people.

There are many different position and jobs in the sphere of education, as there appeared many directions in this field. The teachers can work in the sphere of special education, school education, higher education and home tutoring. The teachers can receive huge experience in the educational sector and develop many of their personal features.

To become good teacher it is better to begin a career from the level of primary school. There are many reason of it, as teachers in the primary schools have many different tasks. Besides the professional knowledge and skills the teachers develop other their communication skills. Moreover, the teachers learn to foster the relations with their pupils.

The teachers in the primary schools have close contact with the pupils as they participate in the extracurricular activities and events. It helps the teachers to ensure that they educate the children in the proper way. On this level the teachers prepare the children to the future educational process in their lives.
