After graduating from the university the graduates face a lot of problems and the main is searching for a job, which will suit and meet all the requirements. First of all it is necessary to have some experience in the area you want to work in or at least the imagination of the future job. How to convince the employer to give you this position if you do not have enough experience for it? There are five steps which can help to find a job for the recent graduates.

First of all, it is necessary to start the searching early without waiting for the finishing of studying. The second step lies in the following: it is also necessary to write the correct resume, which would contain the information about the skills and knowledge you have, including the evidence of presentation skills, problem-solving abilities and ability to work in team. The third step is searching for some networking opportunities. You should take career fairs by employers, whether they are interested in you or not. If there is any chance to get additional job while studying, you should take it, as it can be only for better while applying for the job in future. Fourthly, do not stick to only one job and look for several jobs that can suit you by means of internet searching and career fairs. Finally, you can work for free for a limited time. Some graduates work for the companies for free for a limited time of two or three weeks in order to prove their abilities and show the skills in this sphere. If you have the opportunity to work for free and have the time, you can try this option and it will be good experience. So, if you have the opportunity to have a wide search for a job, it is better to start searching earlier.
